Greetings! It is still winter here in Minnesota and sledding activities for those whose feet are healthy are in full swing!
You may remember that Scott and I both participated in Mush for a Cure (http://www.mushforacure.com/) last March. It is a fun event centered on mushing activities. It isn’t a race–the only competition is for who brings in the most donations.
Because my foot hasn’t been approved for skiing by my doctor, I will be the dog handler this year and Scott the skijorer with Dora and Sally, who are raring to go, even though they aren’t getting the pink harnesses I promised. One of my duties as dog handler is to help with Scott’s donations.
If you would like to make a donation to this fundraiser for breast cancer awareness and research, you may do so online. The donation link is on the home page (http://www.mushforacure.com/). To designate your donation for Team Fiddlin, click on the special instructions box on the review page for your payment. Indicate that it is for Scott Dahlquist to be sure they know who you want to bring in the most donations.
You will, of course, get a report on how well Team Fiddlin’ does this year.
Happy Trails!
Sincerely,
Susan Hoppe
